Oreo Truffles

An easy recipe for yummy Oreo truffles. Oreos are a favourite among many, and this delicious dessert is sure to make them happy. With only three ingredients it is easy to make as a treat for yourself or a gift for someone special.

With their creamy Oreo filling and white chocolate coating, they are perfect for all you sweet tooths out there!

INGREDIENTS

35 Oreos

220g cream cheese

335g white chocolate, melted

METHOD

Crush the Oreos into crumbs, saving about a tablespoon for decoration.

Mix the crumbs and cream cheese together until well combined.

Put the mixture in the fridge for about half a hour, so it will be easier to roll them into balls.

Take a tsp of the mixture and roll it into little balls.

Melt the white chocolate, then dip each truffle into it until fully coated.

Place a few left over Oreo crumbs on top, if you fancy, and put back into the fridge to cool.
