Easy Peanut Butter Cups

INGREDIENTS

40g Icing Sugar

120g Peanut Butter

170g Chocolate, melted

METHOD

Line a cupcake tin with 6 paper cases.

Mix the peanut butter and icing sugar together.

Put 1 tablespoon of melted chocolate at the bottom of each cupcake case.

Add 1 teaspoon of peanut butter mix on top of the chocolate.

Put chocolate over each dollop of peanut butter until it is covered.

Chill for 1 hour or until chocolate is ready to eat.

Take peanut butter cups out of the cases.
